About

A prototype for a permanent Philadelphia street-art experience.

Why a gallery, if it belongs on the street?

The point isn’t to move street art indoors. It’s to give the city’s walls a place where people can spend time with them, hear from the artists and see the whole story in one room.

The walls outside change every week: they’re painted, pasted over, buffed gray by the city and painted again. This show stays put long enough to look properly.

Presented with InLiquid.

The exhibition runs in InLiquid’s Gallery 108 in the Crane Arts Building on North American Street.
